Installation - Configuration - Controls

Installation :

Connect your USB-C power cable to your Octavio and to your power outlet.

Connect your Octavio to your audio system using the corresponding cable (analog or optical).

Configuration :

Please make sure your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Open the Octavio application (« Octavio » from the App Store or Play Store) and allow access to the necessary settings.

Follow the steps to configure your device while staying close to it.

Controls :

Ethernet :

If you have the Ethernet adapter accessory, please connect the USB-C connector to your product, the USB-A connector to the Octavio power supply and your Ethernet cable to the cable connection provided.

Safety instructions



It is strongly advised not to dismantle the product yourself under risk of electric shock.

Read, store, respect and follow these instructions :

  1. Do not use this appliance near water.
  2. Clean your product only with a dry cloth.
  3. Do not block the openings of the unit with external bodies.
  4. Leave a 10cm clearance around the unit to ensure proper ventilation.
  5. Do not install the appliance near any heat sources (radiators, stoves, heat registers, etc.).
  6. Use only the power supply supplied with Octavio, avoid pinching or stepping on the power cord.
  7. Unplug the appliance during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  8. Please do not use your appliance outdoors.
  9. Operating temperature: between 5 and 40°, humidity: 30% to 90% (non-condensing).
  10. If the product is damaged, has been in contact with liquid, has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not work, or has been dropped, please contact the support person in charge of the product.

Warranty and replacement

Your Octavio comes with a two-year warranty, provided by our team.

With your agreement, our after-sales service will do its best to to do its best to repair rather than replace your device in order to fight against abusive destruction.
